A. We've been in business since 1981 so we have over 40 years of experience!

| Q. Do you build new homes? |
A. Yes, we build new homes and enjoy doing so. Although we mostly build additions, we are equipped to build custom homes that require the same level of personal care.

A. Our aim is for your complete satisfaction at the end of the job, so we are always willing to make changes to accommodate you.

| Q. How many employees work for Bob Bryfogle & Son? |
A. Our company consists of the owner Dennis, his wife, his son and daughter-in-law. Dennis has seen a lot of changes in the building industry over the years and has passed on so much knowledge.

A. The relationships we have built with our subcontractors make them happy to go the extra mile for our customers. They are knowledgeable in their field and provide wonderful service.

| Q. What is the cost comparison of a house vs an addition? |
A. Additions cost more per square foot because the space is smaller but the project includes most of the same expensive aspects that a house has. It goes through the same steps and inspections.

| Q. How much time does it take you to build an addition? |
A. On average, it will take 4 months to complete once we break ground. The time it takes will depend on how involved your particular project is.

Remodeling |
| Q. Is remodeling worth it? |
A. Remodeling is more difficult than building new because you never know what you may run into. That does not mean you shouldn't do it, remodeling is always done to your preference and will make a big difference to your home.

| Q. How long will my project take? |
A. Remodeling varies so much from project to project that it is hard to know. We will be honest and upfront with you about the project as it progresses. Open communication makes working with us a stressless experience.
